In his hand are the deep places of the earth: the strength of the hills is his also. The sea is his, and he made it: and his hands formed the dry land. O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker. For he is our God: and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. Today if ye will hear his voice, Harden not your heart, as in the provocation, and as in the day of temptation in the wilderness. Psalm 95:4-8

A hardened heart is as useless as a hardened lump of clay or a hardened lump of bread, nothing can restore it and make it useful. The psalmist warns against hardened our hearts as Israel did in the wilderness by continuing to resist Gods will in (Exodus 17:7) they were so convinced that God could not deliver them that they simply lost their faith in him, when people become so stubbornly set in their ways that their hearts are hardened they find it impossible to turn to God it doesn't happen all at once it’s a process a series of results to continue to disregard God's will if you resist God long enough, God may toss you aside like harden piece of bread useless and worthless, this is called reprobate.

Don't continue to ignore the voice of God for your life there is no situation that is to hard for God there is nothing that he can't do to deliver you. (For no temptation (no trial regarded as enticing to sin), [no matter how it comes or where it leads] has overtaken you and laid hold on you that is not common to man [that is, no temptation or trial has come to you that is beyond human resistance and such as man can bear]. But God is faithful [to His Word and to His compassionate nature], and He [can be trusted] not to let you be tempted and tried and tested beyond your ability and strength of resistance and power to endure, but with the temptation He will [always] also provide the way out (the means of escape to a landing place), that you may be capable and strong and powerful to bear up under it patiently.

Prayer

Father today I praise you for who you are for you are strong and mighty for you do hold the deep places in your hands you know our end from our beginning and there is nothing that you don't see for your eyes go to and fro searching the deep places of the earth, Father today touch hearts that they may be hearts of flesh, remove the scales from eyes that they may see you, open deaf ears to hear your call that your sons and daughters may receive what is your good and perfect will for our lives, order our steps today, and we will acknowledge you in everything that we do, forgive us for our doubting hearts change us, save us today Lord and renew a right spirit in us today oh God, we love you, we trust you, we magnify you today in Jesus most precious and Holy name do we pray. Amen.
